During the ceremony. Gimmy, Teresa ( the Godmother), Me and Sisi and the guy in the green is the Father.


Water on the head. This is when Sisi looses it...crying and more crying. Gimmy had to take her out of the church to try and calm her down. It worked and the end of the ceremony was completed.

Back at the Pizzo house we had made a lot of food and had prepared everything for the party the day before or the day of in the morning. We had about 40 people come to the baptism and after party. We had octopus salad, rice salad, a display of salame and cheese, there was sausage, bell pepers with potatoes, and the signiture tripe sandwich that everyone loved.

This is Gimmy and his sister explaining to the Americans about this special round bread that you eat with the tripe.
